Dr. Roach's Story

Dr. Roach graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990.  Shortly after graduation, he founded Best Friends Animal Clinic.

A case in the late 90’s disturbed Dr. Roach. An animal with joint pain had been put on a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory that, in turn, was destroying the animal's digestive system.  Dr. Roach knew there had to be a better way. He started studies in homotoxicology and continued to find that pharmaceuticals were not always the best choice. In 2011, he attended the Chi Institute where he learned the art and practice of acupuncture supported by Chinese herbs. In 2017, he attended veterinary chiropractic school.  Dr. Roach is continually educating himself and his team, reaching for higher goals of animal health!

Dr. Roach is a pioneer of integrative veterinary medicine.  Today, his practice includes modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, Chinese herbs, supplements, Sanawave and Laser Therapies, Platelet Rich Plasma and Stem Cell therapies, Fecal transplant, Prolozone, essential oils, and much, much more! In 2013, Dr. Roach opened Holistic Pet Care Center, as a more centrally located for Oklahoma City clients. In order to expand holistic care for more people, he has expanded his clinic to include two new holistic veterinarians to help better serve our community.
